2026-2027 School Year Preschool Registration

Our Preschool Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now available. Please click on this link here in orange and it will connect you to: Early On Michigan Preschool Application.

We are having ALL families first start with the application through this site above. This is just the application-You do not have to choose a program or days of the week for your child to attend yet. Open enrollment begins in January of each year. The applications are processed by the Ingham ISD and then forwarded to Stockbridge in March. We will be in contact with you about further details once we receive your application request. When we contact you, we will send you the enrollment packet to choose the days & times (only for Curious Cubs 3-year-old program) you want your child to attend along with a list of the required documents needed to complete the enrollment for your child.

Enrollment packets will be sent out in starting in March for the Fall of 2026-2027 school year after applications are completed online with the link at the top of this page.

**Children in our three year old tuition based classroom must be fully potty trained to enroll.**

All of our 4-year-old preschool programs are PreK for All/GSRP classrooms. These classrooms are free for all families. Space is limited in these classrooms. PreK for All/GSRP preschool is a Monday-Friday program and run a full school day 8:40am-3:30pm. Age requirements do apply still and placement is based on availability.

Curious Cubs (age 3)

Curious Cubs is specifically designed for 3-year-old children. Children must be fully and independently potty trained to attend. Located at Smith Elementary School in room B108. Children not 3 years of age by the first day of school will be on a waiting list to join the program after their 3rd birthday, if we have openings available. If your child will not be 3 years of age by December 1, 2026 they will not be eligible for Curious Cubs Preschool in the fall of 2026-27. However, they will be eligible for the 2027-28 school year in Curious Cubs.

Curious Cubs Offers

An age-appropriate, hands-on learning environment to help little learners develop positive social- emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills.

Preschool Only Hours: 9am-12:00pm, drop off begins at 8:45am and pick up is at 12:00.

School Hour Day: 9am-3:15pm, drop off begins at 8:45am and pick up is at 3:15.

Class Choices

Two Days a week: Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-12 noon, Price is $190.00 per month August-May. School hour day is Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $37.00 per day billed weekly.

Three Days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-12pm, price is $262.50 per month August-May. School hour day is Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $37.00 per day billed weekly.

We also offer a full five days a week option, Monday-Friday. School hours are 9am- 3:15 pm. Price is $180.00/week.

Fees

Preschool Only: $25 per day (9am-12pm) School Hour Day: $37.00 (9am-3:15pm) options are two or three days a week only. Full week of school hour days, is $180.00/week.

PreK For All (formerly GSRP) 4 Year Old Preschool

We offer four PreK For All (formerly known as GSRP-Great Start Readiness Program) classrooms funded by the State of Michigan that are free for all children. Children must be 4-years-old by December 1, 2026, but not 5-years-old by September 1, 2026. This is a state mandated birthday/age requirement.

Enrollment for fall starts in January of each school year. Please fill the application on the link at the top of the webpage in orange. Your child's application will be forwarded to the Ingham ISD and then they will send it to us in March. We will send you enrollment paperwork at that time.

Full day of school to help prepare your child for Young 5's or Kindergarten the following fall.
Before and After school care is available if parents need tuition based childcare before or after school, be sure to inquire about this when you turn in your enrollment forms. Space in our before and after school program is limited.

Kids' Club for Grades GSRP (must be 4 years old)-5th Grade

Our Kids Club before and after school program has a "child-centered" focus. This program offer a variety of available activities from which the children may choose, including active play, constructive play, expressive play, mind play, and discovery play. Kids Club is a licensed childcare program housed at Smith Elementary for before and after school, and at Heritage Elementary for just after school. The location for after school is based on your child's age and grade. We accept children in the Kids Club before and after school care starting at age 4 and in PreK For All preschool through 5th grade or until age 12. Space is limited.
