2024-25 School Year Preschool Registration

Our Preschool Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now available. Please click on this link here in orange and it will connect you to: Early On Michigan/Michigan Preschool.

**Children MUST be 3 years of age to start and fully independently potty trained for placement in our programs.**

We are having ALL families first start with the application through this site only! This is just the application-You do not have to choose a program or days of the week for your child to attend yet. Open enrollment opens in January of each year, the applications are processed by the Ingham ISD and then forwarded to Stockbridge by the early April. We will be in contact with you about further details once we receive your application request usually around early April. When we contact you, we will send your the enrollment packet to choose the days & times (for Curious Cubs 3 year old program) that you want your child to attend along with a list of the required documents needed to complete the enrollment for your child.

**UPDATE July 25, 2024, All of our 4 year old preschool programs are GSRP this year and free to all families that meet the age requirements and while space is available. GSRP preschool starts after Labor Day each year, and is a Monday-Thursday program that starts at 8:50am-3:30pm (school day hours). Age requirements do apply still and placement is based on requirements and availability.

Curious Cubs (age 3)

Curious Cubs is specifically designed for 3-year olds. Children must be fully and independently potty trained to attend. Located at Smith Elementary School in room B104. Children not 3 years of age by the first day of school will be on a waiting list to join the program after their 3rd birthday, if we have openings available. If your child will not be 3 years of age by 12/1/24 they will not be eligible for Curious Cubs Preschool in the fall of 2024-25. However, they will be eligible for the 2025-26 school year in Curious Cubs.

*We are no longer able to provide before or after school care for children in our Curious Cubs Program as of June 6, 2024.**

Curious Cubs Offers

Age-appropriate, hands-on learning environment to help little ones to development positive social, emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills.
Preschool only: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, drop off is as early as 8:45 am only and pick up is at 12 noon exactly.

School Hour Day is 9:00 am - 3:15 pm, drop off begins at 8:45 (no earlier) and pick up must be by 3:15 pm (no later).

Class Choices

2 Days a week choice: Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-12 noon, Price is $1925.00/year or $192.50 per month August-May. School hour Day is Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $41.25 per day.

3 Days a week choice: Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-12 noon, Price is $2575.00/year or $257.50 per month August-May. School hour Day is Monday,Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $41.25 per day.

We also offer a full 5 day a week option, Monday-Friday, School Hours days, 9am- 3:15 pm, price is $205.00/week.

Fees

Preschool Only: $25 per day (9:00 am - 12 noon) School Hour Day: $41.25 (9:00am-3:15pm) options are 2 or 3 days a week only. Full Week of School Hour Days, is $205.00/week.

Kids' Club (Grades K-5)

Kids’ Club before and after school program has a “child-centered” focus. This program offers a variety of available activities from which the children may choose, including active play, constructive play, expressive play, mind play, and discovery play. Kids’ Club is a licensed childcare program housed at Smith Elementary for before school and Heritage Elementary School for after school based on child' age and grade. Space is limited. We currently have a waiting list of children for the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in joining to be a part Kid's Club staff, apply at Edustaff.org and email sommerd@panthernet.net after your application is complete.

Little Stars/Fantastic Fours Great Start Readiness Program

Little Stars & Fantastic Fours are both our Great Start Readiness Programs that are funded by the State of Michigan and are Free for those that qualify. Children must be 4 years old by December 1, 2024, but not five years old by September 1, 2024.
